Contacting us

If you contact us via the form on the website or by email, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

Data storage

Please note that for the purpose of simplifying the purchasing process and for subsequent contract processing, the IP data of the connection owner is stored by means of cookies, as well as the buyer’s name and address.

In addition, for the purpose of contract processing, the following data is also stored by us, where required, for the entire duration of the business relationship: name, address, telephone number, email address. The data you provide is required to fulfil the contract and/or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you.

Data is not transferred to third parties, except for the transfer of all invoices to the processing banks/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the taxi company commissioned by us, and to our tax advisor to fulfil our tax obligations.

If the purchasing process is cancelled, the data stored by us will be deleted. In the event of a contract being concluded, all invoices from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the statutory retention period under tax law (7 years). Data processing is carried out on the basis of the statutory provisions of Section 96(3) TKG and Article 6(1)(a) (consent) and/or (b) (necessary for the performance of a contract) of the GDPR.
