New Fare Regulation for Zell am See, Kaprun, Maishofen, and Bruck an der Glocknerstraße
The new taxi fare regulation has already been published by the Office of the Salzburg State Government in the Salzburger Landeszeitung and will come into effect on December 9, 2013.
From 2025, the following fares will be charged for taxi rides within the municipalities of Zell am See, Kaprun, Maishofen, and Bruck an der Glocknerstraße:
1. Basic Fare
• on weekdays from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM: €7.60.
• at night from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, and all day on Sundays and public holidays: €8.80.
The basic fare includes the first distance of 1350 m or the first waiting time of 322.07 seconds or parts thereof.
2. as distance fare for the distance following the initial distance (Z1), for each commenced 97.78 m: €0.30
3. Time fare for each commenced 23.34 seconds of initial waiting time: €0.30
4. as surcharge: €3.70.
Surcharges may only be levied:
1. for mounting chains: 3 surcharges
2. for transporting more than 4 people: 1 surcharge per person
5. for mountain trips, namely:
Zell am See:
Schmittenhöhe from the bridge,
Schmittenweg junction: 1 surcharge
Jaga Alm: 2 surcharges
Mitterberg: 2 surcharges
Erlbergweg: 4 surcharges
Sonnberg, from Sonnbergstraße 17: 1 surcharge
Pfefferbauer: 1 surcharge
Grafleiten: 1 surcharge
Schoberalm: 1 surcharge
Keilberg: 1 surcharge
Zellermoos: 1 surcharge
Thumersbach area: 1 surcharge
Kaprun:
Guggenbichl: 1 surcharge
Entalweg: 1 surcharge
Gletscherbahn Kaprun valley station: 2 surcharges
Hotel First Mountain: 2 surcharges
“Weißenstein”/Eisbär: 1 surcharge
“Stangerbauer”/Schaufelberg: 2 surcharges
Bruck an der Glocknerstraße:
Kohlschait mountain station: 1 surcharge
Taxhof: 2 surcharges
Piesendorf:
Piesendorf Berg: 1 surcharge
“Naglköpfl”: 2 surcharges
Aufhausen from church: 2 surcharges
All mountain surcharges are in addition to any current toll fees.
The transport of passenger luggage and animals is not charged separately. The transport of removal goods such as small furniture, bulky items, etc., is subject to free agreement.
