Venice
Venice, the most romantic city in the world, inspiring by 1,000-year-old art and history. Our journey takes us through the Italian Dolomites and the famous Olympic city “Cortina d 'Ampezzo” where 1956 the Winter Olympics took place. After the arrival in Venice Tronchetto (parking garage) we go by boat through the Canale Grande to the center of the city. The best, but also most expensive, way to see Venice, is going by a little romantic gondola through the Canale Grande.
At the Piazza San Marco, we have 5 hours time to discover the history and the great masterpieces artists of Venice. The most famous sights are the Campanile, Bridge of Sighs, or Basilica San Marco. Also very fascinating is the wonderful Venice Doge's Palace and the mostly undeveloped Cannaregio district. Who is less interested in the culture of the city, can comfortably explore the beautiful glass art by shopping or enjoy the "Bella Italia" atmosphere with a typical cappuccino.
